How to apply
We take the responsibility of training young people in the arts seriously. All prospective students must audition successfully to gain a place at Fierce Theatre School – this allows us to concentrate on a manageable student intake and deliver the appropriate level of training to ensure a student’s success in the future.
Our next informal audition and taster day is on Saturday 29th March at 9am, Edinburgh College Granton Campus.
Please register your interest before 28th March by emailing our Registrar, Denise Ford, at denise.ford@entertainment-collective.com with the following information:
- Your full name (and if you’re under age 18 the name of a parent or guardian)
- Your date of birth
- A contact phone number
- Your home address
- Email address (if you’re under age 18 this must be a parent or guardian email address)
What happens on audition day?
Time: 9am to 1pm
Venue: Edinburgh College Granton Campus
This is an informal audition and taster session. You can take part in a Jazz class, a Tap class and two Singing classes (we will ask participants to prepare a Musical Theatre song with sheet music in comfortable key for your voice). Our tutors will observe you informally during the classes.
Edinburgh class details
Classes in Musical Theatre training are split across 7 hours of training per week, following school terms.
These are currently held at Edinburgh College campus on:
- Tuesday evenings – 6pm to 9pm
- Saturday mornings – 9am to 1pm
